He heads our Fintech and Education law. As a Fintech lawyer, Osita advises our fintech clients on payments, switching and processing, mobile money services, agency banking, digital banking, protection of digital financial consumers, fintech regulations, distributed ledger technology that includes d-finance and NFT (non-fungible token).

His education law practice covers vendor management, partnerships, fundraising, alumni relations, faculty or student exchange agreements, book publication, copyright, trademarks and sponsorship, employment, pension and services level agreements.
